Today we had one of your engineers call on us, to trace a leaking water pipe under our concrete kitchen floor. From arriving to leaving he was a credit to your company. A quiet lad who set about the task in hand, he systematically followed checking and tracing out technique to pinpoint where the leak was and un-cover it so I could get my Plumber to come in and repair the pipe. Despite what he had to do, he kept the kitchen and adjoining bathroom clean and tidy, relaid the flooring and honestly you could not tell where he had been and what he had done. As a retired tradesman, I do recognise a good lad when I see one and he certainly gave me a lot of confidence with what he was doing. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we were happy with how he had left everything.

I am writing to tell you what a great ambassador he is for your company. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing and system which is causing the slow leak. Once he found the source of the problem he carefully explained what the issue was and how the repair would be processed.

Once finished he cleaned away all the damaged materials.

We tried other companies prior to using Chemdry Central. Our carpets took longer to dry, so cleaning had to be carried out on dry summer days. Always raining when Matt comes (twice a year) but the results never vary. Cream carpets look like new, all traces of dog vomit gone.

In this day and age I find people are very quick to complain but slow to praise.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dean sent to trace a leak where four emergency plumbers had failed. So, smiley Dean worked like a ferret up and down stairs and step ladders not stopping for about four hours, but still had time for a bit of banter. Eventually the leak was located and all is well now, This morning I had the best shower ever, talk about water pressure, it took me by surprise I’d quite forgotten it was that good.

By now you will have twigged why I’m sending you the email. Dean is an asset to Chemdry-central
